St Regis Aspen Residence Club, Aspen

I recently stayed at a hotel that was stunningly beautiful and located right in the heart of Aspen. The room had a fantastic view and was quite spacious. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, with numerous issues during our stay. Although there were moments of sincere assistance from the staff, it simply wasn't consistent or high enough for the price we paid. Overall, while the property and amenities are lovely, the service experience really dampened the trip.

My stay at the St. Regis Aspen was absolutely delightful, featuring a stunning hotel with an elegant ambiance. The luxurious rooms are clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. The service was outstanding, and I appreciated the various cozy spots throughout the hotel to unwind. While the spa treatments were fantastic, they did come at a steep price, but overall, it felt like a great experience worth the investment.

The hotel has a cozy lobby and lounge that are really inviting, along with a great spa where I enjoyed the oxygen room and the hot tub. However, I was disappointed by the service; most staff members were unhelpful, and there was a lack of recognition for my engagement celebration. Overall, while the amenities and location are great, the service left much to be desired.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, with beautiful decor and well-maintained facilities. The staff, especially the concierge, went above and beyond to enhance our experience. However, there were a few service hiccups that sometimes disrupted our enjoyment. The dining options could also use a refresh, particularly for breakfast.

The St. Regis in Aspen is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and a great location, but my experience was marred by several service issues. Management could improve the way they handle customer concerns, especially regarding strict policies. While the amenities were decent, the overall service fell short of what I expected for the price I paid.
